What's Open in Oregon?

It's been incredibly hard to keep up with which parks are open and what phase each land manager is waiting for until they will allow people to re-enter tax paid public lands. A very deep thank you to HikeOregon.net for taking the time to pull together this resource for us. Not only have they updated which parks are open and which remain closed but they also report snow conditions and seasonal road closures in this live Google Sheet!
